- Education: Bachelordegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterdegree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) preferred. - Experience: 10+ years in HR management with at least 3-5 years in a senior HR role, ideally within the medical devices or healthcare industry. - Skills: - Proven expertise in talent acquisition, retention strategies, performance management, and employee engagement. - Strong knowledge of employment law, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. - Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and MS Office. - Demonstrated ability to lead HR transformations, build HR processes, and influence at all organizational levels. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
