Assistant General Manager - Information Technology

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee technology infrastructure and assets across multiple locations, coordinating with teams to maintain and support hardware and software
• Conduct evaluations to ensure the adoption of best-in-class technologies and partners.
• Hands-on technical depth to lead, troubleshoot, and directly oversee IT infrastructure implementations, system upgrades, and operational challenges.
• Experience with Servers including cloud instance like AWS , AZURE and GCP.
• Proven experience managing 24/7 IT operations.

Technical Expertise:

• Working knowledge of Servers (Hybrid) , Storage Area Network (SAN) and related technologies.
• Proficiency in Cisco-based network communications technology.
• Expertise in high-availability and disaster recovery architecture.

Enterprise Experience:

• Managing high-availability, multi-site enterprise ERP environments.
• Cloud Application hosting, voice, Data Center support, and networks with VLAN setups.

Qualification:

• B.Tech /BE / MCA
