Technology Manager (5-10 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technology Manager to lead all IT initiatives at BTA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in evaluating and implementing software, ERP tools and infrastructure. This individual will play a key role in leading and supporting every departmental team and ensuring smooth integration between various systems and tools.

Role & Responsibility :

Technology Leadership :

- Lead all technology and IT management initiatives for BTA.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand and evaluate software needs.

- Proactively identify and implement technology solutions to support company growth.

Software & ERP Tools Evaluation and Integration :

- Evaluate, recommend and implement software and ERP tools for the company.

- Visualize and set up integration between third-party ERP, workflow tools and internal systems.

- Act as a support for the (internal & outsourced) software development team in setting up infrastructure.

Infrastructure Management :

- Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software and hardware

- Manage and oversee cloud-based infrastructure, with expertise in Azure and knowledge of AWS.

- Set up and maintain the necessary technology infrastructure for current and future software projects.

Collaboration with Software Development :

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure all technological needs are met.

- Assist in evaluating software development requirements and setting up the necessary technical infrastructure.

Team Leadership :

- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

- Provide guidance to team members, ensuring effective delivery of IT projects.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Certifications in relevant domains (e.g., Azure, AWS, ERP).

- At least 5 years of experience in IT management with experience leading teams.

- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, software evaluation and integration processes.

- Expertise in managing cloud platforms, particularly Azure with some knowledge of AWS.

- Analytical and creative thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems.

- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and within team.
