Functional Consultant - Oracle Fusion/HCM Module (6-14 yrs)

Job Description :

We are Looking for Oracle fusion HCM functional consultant.

Role & Responsibilities :

Implementation & Configuration :

- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including OTL, Benefits, Compensation, and US Payroll.

- Design and execute end-to-end solutions based on business requirements.

Requirement Gathering & Solution Design :

- Work with HR, payroll, and finance teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Design and recommend best practices for Oracle Fusion HCM configuration and workflows.

Testing & Deployment :

- Develop test cases, perform functional testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Assist in go-live activities and ensure a smooth transition to production.

Integration & Reporting :

- Work with technical teams to integrate Oracle HCM with other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, Financials, Timekeeping systems).

- Develop reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.

Training & Documentation :

- Provide training to end-users and HR teams.

- Create documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices.

Support & Troubleshooting :

- Provide post-implementation support, resolve system issues, and optimize processes.

- Work closely with Oracle Support to address product defects and patches.

Compliance & Security :

- Ensure compliance with US Payroll regulations, tax laws, and company policies.

- Configure security roles and data access policies based on business needs.
