Manager - Recruitment - NBFC (6-10 yrs)

Position: Recruitment Manager

Location: Pune

Industry: NBCF

Experience: 6 Yrs

Preference:

- Travelling to different states is compulsory

- Candidates who have experience of bulk hiring, campus recruitment and from NBFC or Finance industry are also preferred

Description:

- Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures

- Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance

- Keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g time-to-fill and cost-per-hire)

- Will work closely with our recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes

- Participate in job fairs and career events and campus recruitment

- Help and advise hiring managers on writing job descriptions, bench marking and candidate selection
