Field Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the designated territory of Barrackpore-Dunlop Zone

This role involves actively scouting and procuring leads in the form of contact details of key decision-makers in the interior design and real estate industry, including:

• Interior Architects/Designers
• Real Estate Agents
• Builders/Promoters
• End-Users (Homeowners, Contractors)

Role & responsibilities

1. Lead Generation:

• Actively prospect and identify potential clients within the assigned territory through various channels (e.g., site visits )
• Conduct market research to identify potential target customers and their needs.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients, including contact information and relevant details.

2. Market Analysis:

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the assigned territory.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the sales management team.

3. Business Development:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar role
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Must possess and be able to operate a two-wheeler.
