Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Development/Sales/Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with key customers in the interior design and construction industry, primarily through field visits, customer visit and relationship building.

Role & responsibilities

1. Interior Designer/Architect Visits:

• Conduct regular visits to interior design studios and architectural firms in Hyderabad.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers and architects.
• Present product information, samples, and brochures to showcase the unique features and benefits of our plywood products.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.

2. Dealer Visits:

• Regularly visit existing and potential dealers in the Hyderabad market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers.
• Address dealer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide necessary support.

3. Site Visits:

• Conduct site visits to ongoing construction projects to understand project requirements and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors and site supervisors.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
