Field Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through face-to-face interactions and strategic sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation

• Identify potential clients within the assigned territory through research, industry events, and networking. Qualify leads to determine their fit for the agency's digital marketing services.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations

• Conduct in-person sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the agency's digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content marketing and Website Design & Development. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.

Building and Maintaining Relationships

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Ensure client satisfaction by providing ongoing support, resolving issues promptly, and identifying opportunities for additional sales.

Negotiating and Closing Deals

• Negotiate contracts and close deals, balancing the needs of the client with the goals of the agency. Address objections and provide solutions that meet the client's requirements.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting

• Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities. Provide regular reports to management and forecast future sales to help in strategic planning.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis

• Monitor industry competitors and stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. Use this information to refine sales strategies and stay competitive.

Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts and travel efficiently.
• Ability to overcome objections and close deals.
• Proficiency in CRM Tools, GSuit Tools, Microsoft Office, and Digital Marketing Platforms.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or related fields.
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and building strong client relationships.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.

Work Environment:

Travel Requirements

• Regular travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and prospects. Strategic planning and route optimization will be essential to maximize efficiency.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional strategies, and to stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and services offered by the agency.
