Research Associate- Antibody Engineering - Cell Biology

Desired Profile:

• M.Sc./MTech with 1-6 yrs. relevant experience
• Should have experience in Mammalian cell culture, Stable cell line generation, transfection, titre estimation, Binding assay by ELISA, SPR, BLI, Hybridoma technology

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experience in mammalian cell culture set up including stable cell line generation, transfection, titre estimation, ELISA assays, Hybridoma technology, cell-based assays for lead/antibody clone selection
• Experience and understanding of binding assays like ELISA, SPR and BLI
• Design and execute experiments to optimize and enhance antibody/derivatives production using mammalian expression platforms
• Able to conceptualize, and design experiments, develop assays, optimize protocols, and interpret experimental results
• Generate good quality data consistently and promptly update it in LNB and database
• Understanding of systems and processes pertaining to safety, health and environment.
