Job Description
- Desired Profile Diploma/ITI 4- 6 years experience
- Operation & Maintenance of HVAC system, including low and high side components like AHU, BMS system, Chiller etc
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering modification projects
- Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements
- New infrastructure requirement planning, designing of the labs as per the requirement, preparation of the BOQ and tender issue to the potential vendors along with SCM team
- Coordination along with all the external contractors and service providers for undertaking the new construction works, lab renovations works etc
- Adhering to safety, health and environment policies, working along with different stakeholders as per the requirements
- Having general knowledge in GMP standards and policies related to infrastructure & facility equipments
- Develop, implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to ESD in compliance with the principles of GMP guidelines
- Training the contract maintenance team on the site operation & maintenance
- Facilitating maintenance jobs to upkeep the facility with very minimal interruptions of electrical and safety fixtures, like UPS & batteries, Panels, Lighting fixtures, Fire detection systems, Fire hydrant, Public address system, lifts, etc
- Planning and effective implementation of preventive, periodical and breakdown servicing of various machinery
- Competencies: Presentation & Communication Skills GMP standards and procedures Interpersonal Skills Team Player Preparation of Project schedules and update
