Job Description:
- We are looking for an enterprising Business Development Manager to be part of our team and help us in expanding our clientele.
- You will be representing the front face of the company and will be dedicated in creating and implementing Sales strategies.
Key Result Areas:
- Assist in creating and executing business development strategies for business growth.
- Generating leads and closing them to achieve sales targets of company for assigned technology and geography.
- Managing relations with current clients and increasing account value.
- Creating new channel partners and business avenues.
- Generate proposals / contracts for clients and ensure compliance with support of Pre-sales team (Business Analysts / Technical Analysts).
- Act as relationship manager and escalation point to clients.
- Managing performance of team members assigned.
- Complying company's processes and documentation standards for sales.
- Assist in creating marketing campaigns and attend expos / events.
Additional Roles:
- Coaching team members.
- Helping HR team in building sales team.
- Being a brand ambassador of company.
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve customer delight.
What We Expect From You:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
- Proven sales track record.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM softwares.
- Proficiency in English.
- Market knowledge.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Time management and planning skills.
