OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute complex projects, ensuring timely delivery across all phases. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and budget/resource management skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, including scope, timeline, milestones, and deliverables.
Ensure timely delivery of key project phases: data migration, portal transition, dashboard deployment, and system integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, Software Development) and manage task assignments and resource allocation.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks; implement contingency plans to address challenges.
Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and gathering requirements.
Manage project budget and optimize resource utilization to meet requirements within budget constraints.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, coordinating testing, validation, and acceptance criteria.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation (plans, risk logs, progress reports) and provide regular status updates.
Manage change requests, ensuring they are effectively communicated and integrated into the project plan.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven track record in managing complex IT projects, particularly in infrastructure automation, data migration, and system integration.
Experience with cloud environments and AWS services is a plus.
Strong familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
Experience in large-scale system transitions or migrations.
Knowledge of API integrations, cloud technologies, and infrastructure components like MySQL, Glue, S3, Redshift, Lambda, and others.
