Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Management: Source and purchase high-quality jewelry products, including lab-grown diamonds and gold pieces.

Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, pricing, and reliability.

Negotiate terms and contracts with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing and delivery schedules.

Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and market opportunities in the jewelry industry.

Analyze market dynamics to ensure competitive and innovative product offerings.

Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent product quality and supply chain efficiency.

Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.

Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the inventory and sales teams to ensure timely procurement and availability of high-demand products.

Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, inventory levels, and supplier contracts.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all procured items meet the companys high standards of quality and design.

Collaborate with designers and the production team to align procurement with brand aesthetics and specifications.
