Relevant Experience required:

Experience of 3- 5 years in recruitment processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicating with Hiring Managers to identify Current/future job openings and the technical requirements for those open positions.
• Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms, Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms and arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
• Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.
• Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs.
• Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media advertisements, recruiting firms,Vendors, employee referrals etc.
• Maintaing Master Offer Sheet and Recruitment Dashboard on daily basis.
• Contact applicants to inform them of their application statuses. Supporting/Ensuring shortlisted candidates to get their tasks completed post offer acceptance.
• Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
• Should be well worse with MS Office particularly Excel in order to complete day to day task. Behavioral Competencies:

• Must be flexible to work at stretched hours as and when required.
