Credit Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Complete customer assessment by visiting business place, residence and security proposed with ownership attitude.
• Preparation of customer assessment Memo and cash flow analysis including bank credits.
• Assessment of collateral appraisal including legal and technical aspect.
• Recommendation / underwriting of proposals with adherence to company policies & procedures.
• Complete credit check, Compliance of documentation and signing off disbursements.
• Managing and complying over the counter / post disbursal documents and ensuring compliance of company's norms. Ensuring that there is no disbursal error.
• Managing early delinquencies to ensure that portfolio is healthy and there are no Non starter cases
• Organizing and performing task within defined TAT for file processing.
• Supporting business team for seamless processing of the proposals.
• To keep oneself updated about local parameters such as legal /political/ industry/ demographics, To regularly update seniors about any local development which can be detrimental to franchise
