Role description:

A] CULTURE:

• Enhance a strong sense of duty in teachers towards students (their future, wellbeing and growth).
• Maintain discipline among teaching and non-teaching staff in addition to the students.

Eventually,

• Schools transformation into a learning & evolving organisation
• Develop a sense of belonging amongst all stake holders students, teachers, non-teaching staff, parents

B] TEACHING LEARNING PROCESS:

• Improve the existing pedagogical methods and lesson plans.
• Introduce new pedagogical methods wherever relevant & useful.
• Ensure timely submission of exam papers, lesson plans, etc amongst teachers.
• Ensure regular observation of classes, checking & correction of notebooks, assignments and projects by teachers.
• Facilitate exposure for students through inter school competitions, student exchange programs, educational tours and interactions with eminent personalities by inviting them at the school.
• Provide suggestions for improving the school’s infrastructure and aesthetics

C] Parents and Community:

• Proactively address parents’ feedback & requests; and provide thorough guidance.
• Improve administration for receiving timely payment of fees by parents
• Engage with Parent Teacher Association (PTA) and Alumni Association. Could utilise their input to better the school environment.

D] Compliance with Legal requirements:

• Be updated with the current curriculum & rules of the Council of Indian certificate of secondary education.
• Ensure that the school is following all the rules of education board & statutory compliances.
• Evolve & Implement policies & rules related to school, students, canteen, etc.

Education - BA , BED + MA – (Percentage should be above 60%)

Candidates who are from ISCE | CBSE will be preferred.
