Dy. Manager, Marketing & Communications

As Deputy Manager of Marketing and Communication, you will support the comprehensive marketing efforts of the company, including digital marketing, social media, and both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) strategies. You will assist in achieving the Management Plan and key performance indicators, manage budgets, and contribute to both short- and long-term marketing projects. Additionally, you will collaborate with PR and ad agencies and coordinate with other key business managers within the HomeKraft team.

• MBA with 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably real estate industry,
  handling supervisory position, or an agency experience handling the entire marketing function
  of various clients.
• Strong understanding and experience in BTL including OOH media, collaterals, events etc

• Experience with marketing analysis and technical knowledge of web analytics.
• Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads)

• Marketing Portfolio Brand Development: Assist in restructuring the company s marketing portfolio, collaborating with senior management and the creative team to manage the brand effectively and maintain a strong market presence.
• Site Branding: Develop and implement branding strategies for the website and physical locations to ensure a cohesive brand identity.
• Collateral Development: Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures and sales collateral, to effectively communicate product offerings and value propositions.
• Customer Business/Channel Partner Meetings: Organize and facilitate meetings with customers and channel partners to strengthen relationships, gather feedback, and explore collaborative opportunities.
• Below The Line (BTL) Marketing: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns that engage specific audiences through direct marketing, events, sponsorships, and promotions. Focus on measurable outcomes to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
• Brand Identity Management: Help ensure consistency and cohesiveness in the company s brand identity across all marketing efforts, enhancing brand awareness and recognition.
• Budget Management: Contribute to setting and managing the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment while maintaining cost- efficiency.
• Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Promotion: Assist in developing and promoting the company s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through digital channels to attract and retain top talent, enhancing the employer brand.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with senior management and department heads to align marketing strategies with broader business goals, ensuring that marketing efforts drive growth and support key objectives.
• Market Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as needed to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Agency Vendor Management: Act as a key point of contact with creative, media, and PR agencies for executing marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and marketing strategies.
• Out of Home (OOH) Marketing: Design and implement OOH advertising strategies, including billboards, transit ads, and experiential marketing installations, to increase brand visibility and reach target audiences in high-traffic areas.
