Experience: 1-2 yrs.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant.

CTC: 10-15 LPA.

Location: Noida.

Description.

Budgeting and Financial Planning :

- Provide technical assistance to program staff to support the preparation of proposals, annual project budgets and budget re-purposing (based on need) and ensuring relevant approvals are obtained from all stakeholders.

Financial Management and Reporting :

- Analyze and report on actual and planned monthly expenditure, interpret and communicate with field managers, advise of variance against approved budget and make recommendations for corrective action.

Treasury Management:

- Manage the organization's cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs.

Compliance Prowess:

- Ensuring legal and tax compliance, managing government contracts, and handling regulatory filings.

Audit Oversight :

- Coordination with statutory auditors for the annual audit process and provide necessary documents and records.

Grant Management & MIS:

- Coordination with Program teams in managing Grants and contracts.

Requirements.

Expertise:

- 1 - 2 Years in Finance and Accounting in corporate and social sectors.

Elite Qualifications: Chartered Accountant.

- Advanced expertise in all accounting phases.

- Proficient in reporting, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
