Sales Transformation Manager | Strategy
Atomberg is looking for high calibre candidates with strong sales fundamentals/ASM experience coupled with competence to build (with vendors) strong IT infrastructure to boost sales productivity/efficiency.
Desired Experience:
- ASM stint for 3 years
- Education - Bachelor's in computer science or related field with Master's degree in management studies
- Strong strategic thinking with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience in utilizing DMS, SFA tools and related software.
- Proficiency in Excel (Data visualization tools is a plus).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills with a knack for translating complex data into actionable plans.
- Time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing, guiding, and overseeing the operations of the sales digital infrastructure and analytics vendors.
- Initiate, deploy and rollout digital transformation initiatives for the sales team
- Interpreting complex data and using it to create strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess company objectives and designing strategies to meet them.
- Making sure that the team stays on track, meet deadlines, and achieve goals.
- Ensuring accurate data collection methods, data reliability, and data-driven insights.
- Delivering end-to-end projects with strong PMO - from requirement gathering to implementation and monitoring performance.
- Creating data visualization and presenting data to sales leaders, helping them make informed decisions.
- Staying updated with industry trends, technologies, and analytical methods.
