We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in Coimbatore . The ideal candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience in the lift/elevator industry or a related field, with a proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of the company in the Coimbatore region.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the lift/elevator market, particularly in Coimbatore and surrounding regions.
Sales Strategy Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, builders, architects, and real estate developers.
Market Research Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential customer needs.
Lead Generation Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Sales Presentations Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiation & Closing Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure successful closure of deals.
Collaboration Work closely with the technical and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project execution.
Reporting Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports for management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Key Requirements
Experience 1 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the lift/elevator industry or a related sector.
Location Familiarity with the Coimbatore market and a strong local network in construction, real estate, or infrastructure.
Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Sales Acumen Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with a keen focus on meeting targets.
Self-Motivated A proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and in teams.
Technical Knowledge Basic understanding of lifts/elevators and their installation process would be an advantage.
Education Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
