- Possess 8+ years experience in Citrix Administration experience
- Provide technical leadership and expert opinion/guidance on enterprise-wide
- Citrix infrastructure and ensure SLA compliance
- Exceptional implementation and troubleshooting skills in Citrix Virtual
- Apps/Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop) and Hypervisor (XenServer) Sound exposure to Citrix ADC, Gateway, SD-WAN, Web App Firewall,
- Application Delivery Management, etc.
- Proven skills in optimizing Citrix infrastructure Excellent understanding of Citrix Provisioning and Machine Creation
- Services
- Apt at Upgrades and Patch Management
- Evolve best practices aligned to ITIL
- Perform Vendor Management
- Well exposed to handling escalations, change control requirements, incident
- and problem resolution mechanisms; handle incident management and
- problem management tasks by performing proper troubleshooting, the root cause
- analysis and remediation
- Establish mechanisms/processes to identify incident/problem trends and
- implement measures to prevent them
- Creating and Maintaining technical documentation/SOPs
