Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Greet clients and guests/visitors when they enter the office
  • Provide information to visitor and guide them with the appropriate details
  • Manage phone calls and emails, forward incoming calls to the designated person as required
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email communication
  • Performs general accounting duties which may include recordkeeping, managing petty cash, book keeping.
  • Prepares and processes bills, invoices for any purchases made by clients through our ATH App
  • Keep track on the payments with the clients.
  • Supervision of housekeeping & Kitchen staff, securities, maintenance in charge and keep a track on their attendance.
  • Co-ordinate with the operation team and support them in all matters of administrative work.
  • Providing general administrative support, such as paperwork, data entry, scanning, photocopying, printing and faxing
  • Performs general administrative tasks such as verification of stationery, courier, housekeeping equipment, Food & Beverage, Dispatch, Pantry & Vendors other supplies.
  • Plan staff/clients birthday celebration and make arrangements accordingly
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assists in the coordination of office maintenance and repairs.

  • Efficient response to requests raised
  • Maintenance and tracking of all office records
  • Keep a track on attendance
  • Accurate Billing
  • Ensure smooth running of operation

Qualification Any Graduate preferred


Experience 2 - 4 years of proven admin or assistant experience (Preferred Only Male candidate)
