Role & responsibilities
- Manage the executive's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Preferred candidate profile
- 3+ years of experience as a personal secretary or administrative assistant
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and other software applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
