Kitchen Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Food safety: Ensure food is prepared and served safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Food quality: Monitor food quality and presentation, and ensure food meets quality standards
• Kitchen staff: Train new staff, provide ongoing coaching, and evaluate staff performance
• Kitchen supplies: Order and maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients
• Menu planning: Assist with menu planning and development
• Kitchen cleanliness: Ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitary
• Kitchen schedules: Create work schedules and oversee staff shifts
• Customer service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guests have a positive experience
