Spare Parts Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Inventory management: Coordinate with RPs (retail partners) to maintain optimum stock levels with regular check of inventory, forecasting demand and timely placing of orders
• Supply chain coordination: Ensure timely supply of parts to SC (service centers) with close coordination with warehouse / logistics team & other related stakeholders within assigned zone
• Dealer handling: Addressing to field and RPs query on timely basis, visiting the RP as per business requirement with an objective to give OJT to RP resources
• Data analysis: Analyze off-take / retail / inventory at RP end to identify the trend and make data driven calls
• Customer support: Ensure rigor in monitoring PNA open job cards and arranging dispatch of necessary parts in close coordination with warehouse team and be part of the field team to improve CX (customer experience)
• Agile: Being proactive, ensure dispatches of IDK (initial dealer kit) prior to commencement of any new SC operation and dispatches of CAFV parts time to time as per recall activities schedule
• Reports: Generate regular reports on order fulfillment / order processing and key performance metrics
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements

What kind of experience & skills do you need for this role

Worked in parts operation / retail Sales - Automotive for 8-12 years of experience.

Some attributes that you bring to this role?

• Knowledge of Spare Parts Business and inventory management methods, Stock checking expertise, having on hand experience in day to day parts operation environment
• Team/Managerial Skills for handling RP's spare parts managers, Communications and Interacting with stakeholders, Prioritization of tasks
• Knowledge of working with any DMS. Knowledge of SAP, JIRA will be an added advantage
