Ather wantsto build strong digital infrastructure to ensure the work across theorganization is run in the most efficient manner. This would requirebuilding strong systems and tools which align strongly with thebusiness processes in the organization. This also requires a keen eyeto identify all the inefficiencies and automation opportunities inthe processes and work towards implementing them.

We arelooking for someone who can champion the cause, by being the businesspartner and evangelist for the digital transformation across variousparts of the organization.

Whatwill I be doing at Ather?

• Business partner: As a Transformation lead you will be working with respective Product Owners/Business Owners across the Manufacturing organization (like Vehicle Assembly Line, Quality, Warehousing, Logistics, SCM) to gather requirements to solve business problems through process definitions, implementing digital solutions, process improvements (automation/lean-six sigma/velocity improvements etc).

You will need to help prepare abusiness case justifying the need of digitisation, and helpprioritize between the various asks of the stakeholder

You will also champion the causeof your stakeholder with the information systems group. Ensuring therequirements are well understood and implemented.

• Technology Evangelist: You will also be the evangelist for adoption of tools and digitisation efforts by identifying opportunities where use of technology can make org more efficient

Develop understanding of how mostof the tools used by the stakeholders work, You will be part of bothIS and relevant business swimlanes

Responsible for prioritizing techimplementation with IS PO assessing the cost - benefit and timelinessof the implementation.

• Process champion: You will also act as the process champion helping the stakeholders develop the lean processes to meet their business objectives

Help converting the problemstatement of the stakeholders into solutions by working with the techteam

Participate in early UATs of thesolutions on behalf of the stakeholders and work towards ensuringadoption by training, awareness and hand holding post implementation

Whatkind of experience & skills do I need for this role?

• Hands on experience on setting up Processes & Systems for a 2W / 4W Manufacturing set-up

• End to End Business Value Chain Understanding of Manufacturing, Supply chain, Logistics, Warehousing

• Ability to assess the need for a change from problem statements, create system PRD and execute end to end process and system implementation

• Experience in Business Process designing, VSM, VSDiA

• Basic understanding of IT tools architecture and Working knowledge of tools like ERP (SAP PP, QM, MM, WM), TC PLM, MES, Ariba, IT system

• Strong quantitative analytical skills, ROI and Business Value delivery

Whatshould I have graduated in?

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in a quantitative discipline, e.g. Engineering with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience

• Masters in Business Administration or equivalent from a premier B-school (Desirable)

• Desirable Industry 4.0, Digital Manufacturing consultant with knowledge on Lean Six Sigma and Lean.
