Job Description

Job Overview: As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet the staffing needs of each department.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
    • Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
    • Conduct regular workforce planning to anticipate future talent requirements.
  • Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:
    • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates.
    • Conduct proactive searches to identify and engage with potential candidates.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Candidate Screening and Assessment:
    • Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
    • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit within the organization.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
    • Partner with each department managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and preferences.
    • Provide guidance on best practices in candidate selection and interview processes.
  • Interview Coordination and Feedback:
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Collect and provide constructive feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Represent the organization at industry events, job fairs, and professional networking opportunities.
    • Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Onboarding Support:
    • Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
    • Ensure that new employees are equipped with the necessary information and resources for a successful onboarding experience.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
    • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipelines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in healthtech recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of roles, qualifications, and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment.
