* Exp: 5-9 years

* Location: Ghaziabad (near vaishali metro station)

Job Description:

1. Responsible for Recruitment for white collar (all levels) for Corporate office and all Plants

2. Job Positing of Vacancies in Naukri Portal, download excel sheet for the Post applied by Candidates and send to HOD/Reporting manager for shortlisting of candidate and provide CVs as desired

3. Send mail to shortlisted Candidates for Interview (Telecon, Zoom & Face to Face)

4. Arrange interview with HOD/Reporting manager

5. Arrange final shortlisted candidates Salary slips & Bank statement for CTC negotiation

6. Prepare and Execute Induction programme, liaise with relevant teams & department heads to ensure orientation & learning is given to the new joinee.

7. Preparation of personal file of new joinee
