TA Assistant/ TA Executive

Job Summary: Were seeking a talent acquisition person to help source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles for inhouse, ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, one to three years of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions.
• Conduct technical interviews, reference checks, and background verifications to ensure candidate quality.
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
• Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.
• Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
• Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Time: 9 am to 6 pm
