Assistant Manager - Human Resources

The Assistant Manager of Human Resources is responsible for supporting the HR department in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to : 1. Recruitment and staffing : assist in the sourcing, screening and interviewing of potential candidates. 2. Onboarding and orientation : help with the orientation process for new hires and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to perform their jobs. 3. Employee relations : handle employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies. 4. Benefits administration : assist with the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. 5. Compliance : ensure HR policies and practices comply with relevant laws and regulations. 6. Performance management : assist with performance evaluations, goal setting, and career development plans for employees. 7. Training and development : assist in the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. The Assistant Manager of Human Resources should have a strong knowledge of HR best practices, They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
