Job Description

Role Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be responsible for proactively sourcing and identifying candidates for current and future job openings. You will work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and deliver a pool of qualified candidates. You will leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to build a strong candidate pipeline.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Candidate Sourcing:
    • Research and utilize multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals to identify passive and active candidates.
    • Proactively engage with candidates through outbound outreach, including emails, social media messaging, and phone calls.

  • Talent Pipeline Management:
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
    • Keep track of candidate engagement and provide regular updates to the recruiting team regarding candidate status.
  • Candidate Screening & Engagement:
    • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.
    • Engage with candidates throughout the recruiting process, answering questions and providing a positive candidate experience.

  • Collaboration with Recruiting Team:
    • Work closely with recruiters to ensure a smooth transition of candidates from sourcing to the interview process.
    • Provide feedback to the recruitment team on candidate quality, sourcing strategies, and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other online sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with teams and collaborate on recruitment strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in sourcing for a variety of roles (e.g., technical, corporate, administrative).
  • Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
