Job Description:
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges in the International automotive lubricants/filters/batteries/auto parts sector.
- Develop and implement effective market entry and expansion strategy.
Partnership and Alliance:
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships, collaborations and alliance with key stakeholders, distributors and business partners in international market.
- Negotiate and manage international contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Product Positioning and Branding:
- Work closely with marketing team to develop effective product positioning and brand strategies for lubricants/Filters/batteries/auto parts in the international market.
- Ensure consistent massaging and brand image across all markets.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Drive sales initiatives achieve revenue targets and market share objectives in international markets.
- Drive and implement promotional activities, and sales campaigns.
Supply Chain Management:
- Oversee the international supply chain, including logistics inventory management and distribution channel.
- Optimize supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery, cost effectiveness, and high-quality product.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline and MBA.
Relevant Experience:
- 12-18 years' experience in managing Sales & Developing business in Lubricants/Batteries/Filters/Auto Parts Industry.
- Proven track records of successfully managing international business development in the Lubricants/Filters/Batteries/Auto Parts Industry.
- Must have strong market knowledge of Africa/South Asia/South East Asia/GCC/Latin America.
- Strong Business Acumen.
