Deputy General Manager - Sales - EV Industry


Key Deliverables Of The Postion (Kra'S) For The Immediate Financial Year):


1. Drive ERB Business for both Trade and OEM

2. Achieve 20% Market Share Objective


3. Drive distribution growth

4. Develop OEM Business

5. Help Develop customer centric Business practices and processes (Service etc)

- Managing and optimizing the various sales channels a company uses to distribute its products or services.


- This involves developing strategies to enhance relationships with channel partners, streamline distribution processes, and maximize sales performance

- From giving instructions and feedback to direct reports, to sharing the vision with employees, to mediating conflict with teams, to providing updates to stakeholders.
