Assistant manager - Marketing (Commerical)

JOB PURPOSE

To support marketing department in commercial aspect. She is responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting and reporting data and insights to support marketing plans of the business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsible for tracking marketing spends and within approved budget.
• Assisting the vertical head in different analytics including vendor payment issues
• Tracking and maintain details of marketing budget / CAPEX for the financial year
• Reconciliation of Vendor accounts
• Preparing cash flow statement and prioritizing the payment schedule
• Liasoning between Payments , Finance , Vendors , Commercial for closure of commercials .
• Tracking and maintaining ATL/BTL budget as per PO and GRN
• Generate PO for various activities
• Maintaining various agreements with Vendors and keeping them updated, 1st poc between Finance & Vendors.
• Reports publishing from BW on line of NOB & Sales.
• Handholding Regional Marketing spends with localized marketing.
• Looking after new projects & activities in marketing specially commercial part
• Data analytics part- Preparing reports & analysis on NOB from BW. Campaign performance report on events.
• Generating Slab wise Bill Value Analysis & Category wise Report from BW.

• Good analytical ability: Must have a data driven approach to solving problems.
• Strong quantitative skills and a good sense of how to dissect problems.
• Must be able to set priorities while conducting analysis to quickly arrive at an actionable solution.
• Detail-oriented approach: Must have very close attention to detail and the drive to get things right.
• Teamwork/Communication: Must be able to build effective working relationships within and outside the Marketing team.
• Strong fundamental business skills must be Excel and PowerPoint proficient.
• Good IT systems knowledge background to navigate different data sources
• High level of integrity and professionalism and be a skilled facilitator.

DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• The incumbent should be graduate
• Preferably Degree (Masters Preferred) in Management, Marketing, Finance, Communications, Statistics, or related field.
• Should be good and hands on in excel .
• 2-3 years of financial analysis and/or business planning experience.
• 3 years supervisory experience preferred, 2 years of retail financial experience strongly preferred.
