Manager/Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing - Paint & Coating Industry (10-12 yrs)

About the Job:

- We are seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager in Sales & Marketing to oversee business development efforts and customer satisfaction across India.

- The role involves managing a portfolio of products in the Paint and Coating sector and driving revenue generation while ensuring operational excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Revenue Generation:

- Identify and acquire clients in the commodity segment.

- Achieve revenue targets through effective client meetings and conversions.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Operational Oversight:

- Monitor order processing and execution.

- Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams for seamless operations.

Strategic Initiatives:

- Identify new customers and service offerings to expand the business.

- Develop and execute strategies to meet organizational goals.

Technical and Commercial Advisory:

- Provide technical and commercial insights to customers.

- Guide clients on hedging exposures and managing risks.

Compliance and Margin Collection:

- Ensure KYC compliance and timely margin collection.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Master's degree in business or a relevant field.

- 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the paint and coating industry.

- Strong skills in client acquisition, revenue generation, and relationship management.

- Ability to provide technical and commercial advisory to customers.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team coordination skills.

- Experience in managing operations and logistics for seamless execution
