Lead Associate - Operations

Maintaining and reconciling the general ledger accounts, Reviewing journal entries and ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies, Assisting with month-end and year end closing processes.Preparing financial reports and analysis as needed. Collaborating with other departments to resolve accounting issues and improve processes. Supporting internal and external audits, experience in general ledger accounting, Excel skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
