Associate Manager - Business Solution Coordinator

This position is one of three leadership positions that support 6-8 coordinators for the FLNA Supply Chain organization. The position will focus on SAP IDOC & XML failure resolution, along with sync report monitoring and supporting new business initiatives involving order processing and master data.

• This individual will be expected to lead a team of 6 individuals that
  • Review and resolve SAP IDOC & ZML failures in order to maintain integrity of day to day business flows
  • Monitor data sync reports & execute sync resolution and/or communicate to business/support teams of out of sync issues
  • Ensure proper commuincations with other HQ/IT teams via SPA Box and Zoom Channels
  • Backfill and support team members in daily activities
  • Resolve higher level issues that require escalation
• This individual will work closely with field business users and HQ/IT support teams to understand needs of the organization and in turn develop/deliver innovative tools.
• Work closely with field business users and HQ/IT support teams supporting the SAP Hana solution and designing, testing new robust SAP functionality.
• Gather, analyze and streamline business processes to deliver efficiency to the FLNA Supply Chain.
• Develop and execute analytical tools, using Excel and Access, which business teams will then use to achieve performance objectives.
• Support user acceptance testing for new FLNA project and system enhancements.
• Develop and deliver training materials required to implement new tools, enhancements or procedures.
• Accountable for 3MM+ idocs per day for resolution if failure within a given SLA

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or applicable degree preferred
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical skills
• Working knowledge of SAP ECC & SAP Hana a plus
• Practical working/programing knowledge of Excel, Access, VBA & SQL a plus
• Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal
• 1-2 years experience in Supply Chain
• Ability to communicate and articulate opportunities and solutions
• Ability to collaborate and influence in a cross functional team environment
• Working knowledge of order processing, order life-cycle and/or master data desired
