Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment and the ability to attract and identify top talent to support the growth and success of our organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles within the company.


Note - Have experience in CA hiring & sound knowledge of Tax domain.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy:

    • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each role and create detailed job descriptions.
    • Sourcing Candidates:
    • Utilize a variety of recruitment channels including job boards, social media, networking, and talent pools to identify potential candidates.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
    • Screening and Interviewing:
    • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications.
    • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates on their application status.
    • Offer and Negotiation:
    • Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
    • Provide guidance to candidates on compensation, benefits, and company culture.
    • Employer Branding:
    • Promote the company's employer brand through various channels, including social media, career fairs, and other networking events.
    • Ensure alignment of recruitment practices with the companys values and culture.
    • Data Tracking and Reporting:
    • Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and provide insights to improve recruitment processes.
    • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
    • Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the hiring process.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
