Senior Recruitment Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Finding and attracting candidates: Should review resumes, contact candidates who meet the job requirements, and interview them. They also attend job fairs and other networking events to build relationships with potential candidates.
• Creating a recruitment strategy: Should be able to demonstrate their understanding of industry trends and best practices, and their ability to create effective recruitment strategies.
• Collaborating with business leaders: Should work with business leaders to assess candidates, determine needs, and help with salary negotiations.
• Staying up to date: Should be knowledgeable about labor legislation and recruiting best practices.
• Having strong communication skills: Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to read and understand technical documents and regulatory compliance.
• Having relevant experience: Should have previous experience in recruitment or human resources, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. They should also have experience with applicant tracking systems, HR databases, and candidate management systems.
