Human Resource Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, particularly within the Chartered Accountancy (CA) domain, with a focus on hiring for Audit and Tax roles.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Track key recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting CAs for CA firms, with a strong focus on Audit and Tax roles.
• Proven ability to source and screen qualified candidates effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
