Job Summary

As a Payment Lifecycle Associate within JPMorgan Chase, you will have to support clearing services in a 24 X 5 environment, supporting Global Core Cash Operations encompassing WHEM regions. You will have a direct reporting line into the Vice President and will be directly responsible for the day to day operations, including transaction processing, & investigations of inquiries by LOB s for their transactions for the Manual Payment Utility Function. You will be responsible for understanding the key metrics and risk components within drive each LOB and indirectly manage the team to meet the goals and objectives put forth by these LOB s, while partnering globally with the regions where the business operations are located. You will be indirectly responsible for managing the staff based out of Mumbai, India.
