ROLE:
- The Partner Manager will be responsible for driving revenue through programmatic channels.
- The candidate will manage key partnerships with Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), mediation partners, and programmatic agencies, while also overseeing new revenue opportunities, ad quality, payments, and contractual agreements.
- This role will collaborate closely with our direct sales teams to manage Private Marketplace (PMP) and Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) deals, and include agency outreach to partners such as Xaxis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with SSPs, mediation partners, and programmatic agencies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, ensuring alignment with JioSaavn's monetization strategies.
- Revenue Optimization: Identify, explore, and implement new revenue opportunities through innovative programmatic strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics and market trends to maximize yield and overall revenue.
- Ad Quality Oversight: Monitor and manage ad quality across the platform to ensure compliance with industry standards and user experience best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve ad quality issues and implement continuous improvements.
Financial Management:
- Oversee payment processes and reconciliation with monetization partners.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions, aligning with internal financial controls and policies.
Contract Negotiation & Closure: Lead negotiations and close contracts with monetization partners and programmatic agencies.
- Draft and review contractual agreements, ensuring terms meet strategic and financial objectives.
PMP & PG Deal Management:
- Work closely with the direct sales teams to manage and optimize Private Marketplace (PMP) and Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) deals.
QUALIFICATION:
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, digital media, ad operations, or a related role. Experience working with SSPs, mediation platforms, and programmatic agencies is highly desirable.
