Head - Revenue
Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets while maintaining high gross margins.
- Develop strategies to expand existing business, identify and develop new use cases within existing accounts to drive growth.
- Acquisition of new clients and building a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers at client organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product tech, and Customer Success) to align on client needs.
- Foster a culture of customer-centricity, accountability, and excellence.
Qualifications:
- 15 - 20 years of experience in account management, sales, or Revenue Management roles within the SAAS/BFSI industry.
- Deep understanding of banking and financial services, and proven ability to identify growth opportunities, pitch new solutions, and close high-value deals.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to manage C-suite relationships and manage escalations.
