Job Overview:
- The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Imarticus Learning will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales, marketing, and partnerships.
- The role includes expanding into new regions, building distribution networks, and enhancing enrolments through innovative online and offline sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Strategy and Planning:
a) Manage and grow the 18+ branch offices at Imarticus Learning pan India, currently with a revenue base of 150CR
b) Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy, including product and enrollment growth targets
c) Identify and expand into new regions (domestic and international), building local distribution channels to scale operations.
d) Create and expand new product lines
2. Sales and Marketing Leadership:
a) Lead 300+ sales and marketing teams to drive enrollment through multi-channel outreach and localized campaigns.
b) Execute BTL marketing initiatives such as events, workshops, and on-ground activations to enhance visibility and generate leads.
3. Partnerships and Distribution
a) Establish strategic partnerships with colleges, corporates, and local networks to create a robust referral and distribution system.
b) Build alliances in emerging markets to tap into new student demographics.
4. Data-Driven Enablement
a) Analyze market trends and marketing data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
b) Track sales pipeline metrics and implement strategies to enhance conversion rates.
c) Launch initiatives to improve sales efficiency
5. Team Leadership and Regional Growth
a) Recruit, train, and lead regional teams to ensure successful execution of campaigns and programs.
b) Drive localized strategies for market penetration and brand awareness in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
Key Focus Areas:
- Expansion into new geographies with strong distribution networks.
- Implementation of high-impact BTL campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Growth of revenue streams through diversified product growth and partnerships.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in revenue growth, sales, or marketing, preferably in education or ed-tech.
- Proven expertise in online and offline marketing, regional expansion, and team leadership.
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
