Sales Associate - Ingredients

Associate Allied Chemicals India Pvt. Ltd. is a distributor of high quality raw materials for the international fragrance, flavour and cosmetic industry. Our Product portfolio includes aromatic chemicals and naturals that are sourced from some of the leading and recognised manufacturers of the world. We have endeavored to source the ingredients directly from the manufacturers or point of origin in order to ensure consistent supply lines and transparency. Our aim is to become a reliable one-stop shop for our customers so that they can focus all their energy on the creativity and business development.

Position Summary

We are looking for a performance-driven, customer-centric individual with a strong

work ethic to join our team as a Sales Associate.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop a customer sales pipeline and build new customer relationships
• Work with existing customers to grow the business and find new avenues for new product and business development
• Visit customers to learn about their ingredient needs and offer products from our large product portfolio
• Conduct market research and build networks to find new customer opportunities
• Follow customer requests, sampling and new project development
• Represent the company in Business fairs, conferences, tradeshows

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors of Commerce / B.Tech
• Motivated individual with past Sales Experience in B2B segment
• 2 years of experience in sales in chemicals, B2B products, fragrances flavours etc
• Past sales experience in fragrance, flavours, cosmetics, chemicals industry in preferable
• Customer centric attitude and positive spirit
• Organized and able to work in fast paced environment autonomously
• Well rounded computer and CRM software knowledge
• Regular travel pan-India top meet with key customers
• Knowledge / interest in fragrances, chemicals, flavours
• Big ideas and persistent curiosity
