Assistant Manager Training - Google Ads

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth product knowledge of Google Ads, a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, and the ability to differentiate Google Ads from other platforms.

They will also demonstrate expertise in managing new hire training programs, driving performance improvement, and coaching teams to meet organizational and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Training and Development Design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for Google Ads, focusing on advanced product features, campaign optimization, and platform-specific strategies. Develop training modules that highlight the unique features and advantages of Google Ads compared to other digital marketing platforms like Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment of training materials with industry best practices. 2. New Hire Management Lead onboarding and training for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the Google Ads ecosystem. Monitor and evaluate the performance of new hires during their initial training period, providing targeted coaching and support as needed. Develop retention strategies to improve engagement and reduce attrition among new hires. 3. Performance Improvement Analyze team performance data to identify quartile trends and skill gaps, creating customized training solutions to elevate performance. Implement advanced coaching techniques to improve individual and team metrics, including Quality Score, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and overall campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with quality and operations teams to align training initiatives with client expectations and KPIs. 4. Leadership and Mentorship Provide mentorship and guidance to trainers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
