Job Description:
As the Google Ads & Marketing Campaign Manager at Tailsway, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns to increase our brand's visibility, traffic, and sales. You will also design, execute, and track various online marketing campaigns to achieve business goals. Your expertise in digital marketing strategies and data analysis will be key to the success of our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Google Ads Management:
  
• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Shopping networks.
• Conduct keyword research and select high-performing keywords for PPC campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics like click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost-per-click (CPC).
• Perform A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Utilize Google Analytics to track campaign performance and generate insightful reports.
• Marketing Campaign Strategy:
  
• Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and KPIs.
• Execute email marketing campaigns, social media ads, and retargeting strategies.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design ad creatives and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  
• Provide regular performance reports on ad campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Present actionable insights to management and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Budget Management:
  
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets across multiple platforms, ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  
• Work closely with the sales, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and Google Ads features to keep campaigns competitive.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience running Google Ads campaigns with a track record of achieving measurable results.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with the ability to optimize ad copy, design, and targeting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
