Assistant Manager - Procurement

Role & Responsibilities

1. Coordination with Production/Planning/Stores/Marketing/Sales to ensure re-cycle of reels used for CTC/PICC Production.
2. Rate finalisation/Service Order release & follow up with Service partners for dismantling/lifting of reels from Customer site.
3. Publish MIS related to recycle reel usages/receipt etc.
4. Review of Indent/PR relate to Packaging material/Indirect materials/Service and float RFQ with Approved Vendors.
5. Negotiation, preparation of procurement Approval Note & complete approvals from Approval Hierarchy.
6. Repairing & ensure QC approval prior to issue for production to ensure 100% FTR.
7. Supervise Assembly team (Sub-contractors) and implement management strategy at Drum Assembly Area.
8. Follow SOP/Company policy while dealing with External Parties.
9. Maintain ISO documentation and maintain RC/CAPA for rejected drums.
10. MIS preparation & Circulation within respective stakeholders.
11. Review of Self KRA and prepare improvement plan in case delay vs Timeline.

Skills & Competency

1. Good communication skill Handling

2. Packaging Commodities in Cable and Conductor Industry or Copper Transpose Conductor Industry.

3. Experience in SAP MM module.
