Job description:

• Knowledge of Manpower handling (Blue Collar)

• Knowledge of all Legal compliances related to HR

• Budget Making

• Checking & verification of Social Security Compliances (Contractor)

• Exposure to statutory compliance

• Payroll

• Effective formulation & implementation of HR & Business Policy & Strategy, JD, KRA & KPI setting, Organizational Change & Development Management.

• Database management & overall administration management.

• Gen Administration ( House Keeping, Security, Hygine level etc)

• Facilitate employee's under GMC & GPA Policy
