HR Manager (Female Candidates Only)

Role & Responsibilities

• HR Systems & Data Management: Maintain and optimize internal HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Experience with HRMS software is required.
• Employee Relations: Proactively address and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including coordinating job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and performing reference checks.
• Legal Compliance: Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, ensuring organizational compliance and minimizing risk.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with all business functions to ensure alignment and support organizational goals.
• Performance Management: Contribute to the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
• Training & Development:
• Identify training needs through consultation with stakeholders and needs assessments.
• Design, develop, and deliver effective training solutions that address business needs and improve individual and organizational performance.
• Evaluate training program effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
• Team Leadership: Delegate responsibilities, provide mentorship, and foster a positive and productive team environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as an HR/Training Manager, preferably in the IT sector.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience with HRMS software and performance management systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflict and negotiate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven track record of designing and executing successful training programs.
